I GET A SPACE WHEN I PRINT A LIST
How did you make the columns? Where do the two spaces appear? Which
version of Word? On Sep 24, 10:21*pm, Sue wrote: I have 2 list of names in separate columns -when I print the list I get 2 spaces in the list. What's wrong? Thanks for any help |

I GET A SPACE WHEN I PRINT A LIST
Hi Sue,
Are the spaces present when you're working in 'page layout' view? If so, they're probably caused by an empty line or paragraph in the column, or a paragraph formatted with extra space before and/or after - check the paragraphs either side of the space. In the printed version, are any records missing? If so, the corresponding entries have probably been formatted as hidden text. -- Cheers macropod [Microsoft MVP - Word] "Sue" wrote in message ...
