i cant locate send button microsort office.

File, Send To, Mail Recipient. If you want it on a toolbar, you must use
Customise and add one.

Unless you're using Word 2002 or 2003, which has an E-mail button on the
Standard toolbar. I thought the OP was referring to a Send button in the
email header; there isn't one as such, just a button that says "Send a
Copy."

Yes, I see what you mean. That Send a Copy is a little confusing!
