This would be much easier in Publisher, if you have it. Otherwise, try
starting with one of the Avery business card templates (Tools | Letters and
Mailings | Envelopes and Labels). Merge two cards horizontally for each
ticket (or use one for the stub). If you want the five tickets to take up
the entire page (without the margin Avery has on the cards), you'll need to
create a five-row, single-column table with exact row height (top and bottom
margin set to 0").

Thanks, I have downloaded the template into word and made the first raffle
ticket but there are 4 more on the page and i just though there would be an
easier way to enter the info into the other automatically without typing each
one

Create a label merge
See http://www.gmayor.com/Numbered_labels.htm.
If you are creating stubs, after propagating, set the document type to
letters and remove the next record field from the second and every second
label after that.

A document that comprises a table - your raffle tickets - can be used as the
basis for a label merge
http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm
With the document on screen and the merge toolbar displayed, start with the
document type set as labels. When you have added the fields and data to all
the labels using the propagate function, change the document type to letters
before removing the next record fields from the stubs.
This will create stubs and tickets as identical copies. If you don't want
that, remove the extra information (but not the field) from the stubs.
The previously quoted page demonstrates how to add the numbers.

That's what propagate does. It copies to all the cells, which is why I said
you would have to remove the information from the stubs. The stub is easy
to fix. Create what you want in the top cell of the stub column, copy it to
the clipboard, select the column then paste.
