How to copy line 1, 3, 5 without 2 and 4?
I want to copy certain lines in a document. In a folder I would hold the Ctrl button down and click with the mouse. Is there
something similiar in Word? |

In Word 2002 and 2003, you can select noncontiguous text by selecting the
first line, then pressing Ctrl while you select the others. -- Suzanne S. I guess its too old. |

Hi sdlfkj
That's right. The ability to select multiple ranges simultaneously was introduced in Word 2002. Hope this helps. Shauna Kelly.
