Default labels 3-across same label across each column

Mail merge a database with labels. Need to print 3 across labels with the
same name across each row so I have 3 labels of the same name. Thanks for any
assistance

Having created and propagated the label merge document
(http://www.gmayor.com/mail_merge_lab...th_word_xp.htm ) change the
document type to 'Letters' from the merge toolbar, then remove the next
record fields from the second and third columns. i.e. there should only be
next record fields in the first column (except for the very first cell)
