Find and Replace for a list of non-uniform names
I have a word 2007 document of about 50 pages that consists of a list of names that I would like to attach identical xml tags to. The names are slightly more complex than say Byrce R. Hary, in that they can consist of anywhere between two to five words, so for example:
Remsen du Bois Bird Harold Alfres Boyd, Jr. Dr. Vera H. Brandon Maj. Serene E. Brett R.E. Brummett Matthew Christensen Hal S. Christensen Theodore Putman Cramer Cap. Charles G. Dimon, Jr. Jesse Davis Wellons III For each name I need to add the following: (c02 level="file")(did)(unittitle)Remsen du Bois Bird(/unittitle)(/did)(/c02) [obviously replacing the parentheses with angled brackets] followed by, (c02 level="file")(did)(unittitle)Harold Alfres Boyd, Jr.(/unittitle)(/did)(/c02) and so forth. Is there a way to do this automatically? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Byrce |
