Default macro (?) for merging data

We are using a Windows based program called Power Closer which uses Access
database. At another office the admin. added a "merge" button, which I
believe was a macro that linked the power closer database file # with merge
fields in word templates. I can't find the option under commands that
matches. I have this macro on my laptop, and when I go into the description
of the macro, the name is "Template.Project.PCmerge.merge" Any thoughts as
to what kind of command this needs to set up?

Thank you!
