Default changing the color of Word documents' names

When I look at my list of word documents, I would like to be able to change
the color or in some other way highlight certain documents and files so that
I may find them more easily. For instance, I might change the urgent
documents to red and the reference documents to green. any idea how I do that?

any help will be very much appreciated. Thank you.

Windows Vista 64-bit, Microsoft office 2007.
