How do I print a mail merge recipient list that I created in Word?
When I create a mail merge recipient list using Word 2003, it creates an
access file of the data. Is there an easy way to print this list of data details (ie names, addresses etc) without having to open it in Access? |

How do I print a mail merge recipient list that I created in Word?
Use the list as the data source for a Directory type mailmerge in the main
document of which you insert the field names into the cells of a one row table. When you execute that merge to a new document it will contain a table with a row of data for each record in the list. -- Hope this helps.
