How do I remove text so the entire text box is formatted the same
Hi Jennifer,
For example some of the text has a . and space before the words start. I want to remove the . and space so all the words line up. I'm not sure I understand what you want. Obviously (to me), you can click in the text box and delete these things. So I take it you want something else, more automated, perhaps? Which version of Word are you working with? Have you tried using Find/Replace? What kinds of "text boxes" are these (what menu commands were used to create them)? Where did the text box content come from, that it's so "oddly formatted"?
