Default How can I setup a mailable template with an e-mail link?

I have a template that users pull up, fill out and then put inside a bin
hanging on my door. I was wondering if there is a way I could but some type
of command button or something that will allow the user (after filling out a
form) send it to me email. My email cannot be stup through outlook.

Do you have InfoPath? It has the capability to add a Submit button and
all the user has to do is click the button to email you the form.

If not, you might check in one of the VBA newsgroups - someone there
may have a macro solution for you.

Can InfoPath make the template usable in MS Word. I have InfoPath but no one else has it.

Unfortunately, No. Those filling in the forms need to have InfoPath
too. Now, in InfoPath 2007 you can create HTML forms and they can be
filled in using a web browser but you also need InfoPath Forms
Services in Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007.

While that could be a future option for you, right now I'd say using a
macro is the best route to take.
