Default How do I repopulate words without having to re-type?

I am creating a template for a proposal that we use daily at work. The name
of the company we're referring to is in the proposal 50+ times. How can I set
it up to where I type it in one place & it repopulates in others rather than
spending half my day searching for the names & retyping them?

Greg's ideas are good for some situations, but I suspect that what you need
instead is AutoCorrect. See
