Default Tables

I've created a form using tables. When protected I can tab from field to
field entering in the appropriate information, however when hitting "Enter"
the text form fields/cells expand. I don't want these cells to expand. How
can I keep them from doing this?

Select the entire table. Click Table AutoFit Fixed Column Width.
Then click Table Table Properties Row, check the box and specify a
height for the rows, and change the dropdown on the right to
"Exactly".
