I hope I am understanding your question. "Paste as Hyperlink" is an option
which is found in Outlook. If you have a document in a location where others can access it, such as on a shared network directory, you can send an email to others and send them a hyperlink to the document, rather than attaching the document itself to the email. This allows several people to review and comment on the same document, rather than having multiple copies of a document floating around. If you are asking how to insert a hyperlink into a Word document, that is done by selecting Insert, Hyperlink. The box that comes up will allow you to choose the URL for the Hyperlink, as well as to type in the actual text that will be displayed, if you do not want the URL to display. If this is still not answering your question, please post another question and we will try again!
