One of our users has a Word form with form fields and check boxes. They want
to be able display a series of fillable fields if the answer to a given
question is Yes. For example, Is car a light color? Y or N. If Y check box
is selected, they would display additional form fields for the user to enter,
for example Color____, Make___, Additional info___. I'm not sure how to
break the pages for print since the form length could vary depending on the
number of Yes checkboxes selected.

I have no idea how to do this in Word. Can it be done?
