I am setting up several newsletters and will be wiritng copy that will be
shared in the different newsletters. Is there a way to write it once and
have it copy to each newsletter without having to do it manually?

You could use an AutoText entry (see

field (see http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFm...extfields.htm).
