Default mail merge

I have 981 names that I am merging from Excel into MSWord to create labels
for our mailing. Everything says it has merged but only the first 30 names
on the list will print...does anyone know where the other 600+ names are? I
can't find them and it is frustrating...thanks,

Default mail merge

It does sound like you have not actually "completed the merge", ie.e. merged
to the printer or to a new document. If you are using Word 2002/2003 and the
Mail Merge Wizard, make sure you follow the Wizard right to the very end.

And if you have done that...

Everything says it has merged

What are you seeing that suggests the merge is complete? And which version
of Word?

Default mail merge

When you Update Labels, Word will only show you the first 30 labels, one
page. When you complete the merge:
1. If you choose to Print, it will Merge to Print and will print all labels
for you.
2. If you choose to Edit Individual Labels, it will Merge to a New Document,
it will create a new document and you will see all the labels on no matter
how pages it is.
