i have made a file for a food menu card a4 size iwant to change it to a5 size
so as ther are two menu cards printed on one sheet of a4 paper

You could just change the paper size under File Page Setup but if you
already have everything formatted for A4 it might not come out as you wish.

Probably better to scale it down when you print, but you don't say how you
intend to print - are you using Word facilities or does your printer have
the capacity to do this or are you using special software?
