Mail Merge Duplicate Recipients at one address
I'm trying to set up a mail merge for envelopes for a mailout. In many
instances there is more than one person at the same address but not from one family. For example, Joe Smith, Jane Doe, Mike Jones, Tom Smith all living at one address. I want to have an envelope label that has all the names, and the address on one envelope, so i don't have to send the same thing five times to each address. Is there a way to do this with word, or access? |

Mail Merge Duplicate Recipients at one address
That amounts to a multiple items per condition application for which Mail
Merge struggles a bit. See the "Group Multiple items for a single condition" item on fellow MVP Cindy Meister's website at http://homepage.swissonline.ch/cindy...faq1.htm#DBPic Or take a look at the following Knowledge Base Article http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;211303 or at: http://cornell.veplan.net/article.aspx?&a=3815 -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Yaxyakalagalis" wrote in message ...
