Hyperlink Issue in merged word doucment
Hi, I have a mail merge that contains two types of fields, one is
text1 and the other is URL1. Field URL1 is a hyperlink and i do not want to show this field's data in the word document, instead i want this hyperlink to be embeded behind text1 and make text1 appear as a hyperlink. The address of this link will be the data in URL1. Is this possible in Ms word Merged document?? Your reply would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Moe |

I don't think it will be possible to achieve this simply with a merge
operation. I believe however that it could be done using a macro. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
