I made a resume and wantewd to add it to those job listing sites, but I also
wanted to print it off so I could hand them out, but to my amazement and
HORROR, when I printed it it looked TOTALLY different then it did on the
computer!. Things were uneven, all over the place, and the symbols were all
different, for instance, if I had a star it was now an ugly ? mark!!. So I
spent HOURS making a space, then looking at the print preview, until it
printed okay, but then I went to upload it, and it still happens with that!!.
NOTHING I seem to do helps, and I don't know much about computers so I don't
know why this is happening!?. I tried cutting and pasting, but that actually
came out even WORSE!!. HELP!!!!! Please HELP ME!!!!

Probably because the site where you uploaded it doesn't support your
formatting. It's best to keep a plain text version of your resume as well as
a "pretty" one for this situation.
