Document Upload concerns
When posting my resume and asked to upload to Monster.com, as an example, the
dialog box shows the browse button to select the file to upload with the file path to access that file. This may sound paranoid, but is there anyway that someone can access that file or other files on my system by using that file path? Thanks in advance, -- Alan |

No. The file is merely uploaded from the local path to the remote server.
That is not to say that you shouldn't secure your PC behind a firewall and anti-virus software. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Alan wrote: When posting my resume and asked to upload to Monster.com, as an example, the dialog box shows the browse button to select the file to upload with the file path to access that file.
