Find and Replace
My favorite subject.
I often need to change manual numbering with automatic numbering. When I change numbered letters such as (a), (b), etc., I use (\([A-z0-9]\)) and replace with nothing. The replaced numbering leaves extra spacing in front of the paragraphs afterward. What can I add to (\([A-z0-9]\)) to remove the numbering and the space or is this a whole new ballgame? If possible, I'd like to be able to use wildcards instead of a macro but will be grateful for any solution. Thanks for the many things you've taught me! |
