Routed Document not creating sent item notice in Outlook
This feature worked when the user used Word 98 and Outlook 98. User uses a
Word template to create a new document. That template has routing info built in, when the user sends the document to the first recipient a sent item notice should be added to the "Sent Items" folder in Outlook. This is not the case with Office 2003. |
