Why does Word format ALL text instead of just highlighted text?
In Word 2003, when I highlight text to change the formatting, all of the text
in my document is changed. I can hit Ctrl Z and the rest of the text will return to the original format but if I forget it is very frustrating when I am working in a large document. |

PERFECT!!! I had looked everywhere I could think of and never thought of the
problem being in the style!! Annette "Anne Troy" wrote: Hi, Annette. Thank you SO MUCH!!! I have spent hours trying to find out why this was
happening but never thought of the style automatically updating. Annette "Suzanne S. Barnhill" wrote: See http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting...eformatted.htm -- Suzanne S.
