For some unknown reason I am unable to print envelopes since moving from XP
to windows 7, using Office 2007. The mail merge looks just fine on screen,
but when I go to print the envelope, the return address is missing and the
prime address is at the very top of the envelope and in the middle of the
envelope similar to where the return address goes. My printer is an HP
LaserJet 4000T. Other programs where I can print envelopes do not seem to
have this problem.

I discovered my problem. I had neglected to set the location of the envelope
in the print parameters. All is fine now.
