Making two files out of one large word files
Hi
I have created a word document which runs into 132 pages or so and contains many snaps and images into it as it is a sort of application guide. Now I want to split that into two... from page 90 onwards into another file. What is the best way to do this? Thanks Shanks |

Use Save As to create another copy of the file; then delete the contents
that you do not want in each version. Note, however, that it will be easier to keep everything in one file, for example when creating a table of contents. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Shanks" wrote in message news Hi I have created a word document which runs into 132 pages or so and contains many snaps and images into it as it is a sort of application guide.
