I have two lists Email 1 and Email 2. Email 1 is all uppercase and Email 2
is all lowercase. I need to convert Email 1 to all lowercase letters in
order to use the track and compare function. My goal is to find all the
names on Email 1 that ARE NOT on Email 2.

Format | Change Case.
