Default Word form

hi all,
i'm trying to apply a cascading (dependent) drop down list in word form - but... i'm not a Vb expert.... using 2013 vr.
can someone help and guide me through it.... will appreciate

I'll give an example:
first drop down LOV: Fruits, Vegs
second drop down LOV is depends on the selection of the first one:
if I chose "fruits" - the LOV contains: apple, peach...
if I chose "vegs" - the LOV contains: tomatoes, cucumbers...
