Revealing part of a document
Thanks in advance for any help... I am a teacher and use a tablet
pc/projector instead of an overhead projector to display info for my students. The only feature of an overhead that I wish I still had is the ability to only reveal part of a document or slide at a time. I'm currently using office 2007 (ppt, word, onenote). Is this possible? Again thanks for any help. |

Revealing part of a document
I've often seen PowerPoint users show slides that look as though
they're uncovering a line of info at a time -- I assume that they've created a sequence of slides, each with more information than the previous one, and when you click from one to the next, the viewer simply perceives it as the same image with additional material added. PowerPoint has an animation setting that does that. It's all one slide. Word
doesn't have that, just PowerPoint. -- JoAnn Paules MVP Microsoft [Publisher] Tech Editor for "Microsoft Publisher 2007 For Dummies" "grammatim" wrote in message ... Actually, I think all this is accomplished within a single slide via PPT
magic, but the method you describe could be used to simulate this in Word. Using PPT would be better, though. -- Suzanne S.
