Default Chars around footnotes

Hi friends!

Is there an easy way to program a shortcut key (presently Ctrl+alt+f) to insert a footnote reference surrounded in brackets. So:

instead of "1" it would insert a footnote reference "[1]"

Chars around footnotes, You can get that with the help of all the delivered data which you also can use for shortcuts. If you have idea about shortcuts then you also know about those points which are define with such perfection here exist or not is no matter.
