Default How do I stop from adding another line in a row with enter key?

How does one stop (or disallow) the enter key while typing in a row? I want
my row to stay the same heighth, and no matter what settings I try in
Properties, when I hit the enter key, another line is added to my row.

You can set the row to an exact height. This won't prevent Enter from being
pressed, but it will prevent the row from expanding.
