Default How do I copy Autocorrect entries to move to another computer?

I am trying to copy my autocorrect entries to move them to another computer -
so that I do not have to retype all of them into my new computer. Also I
guess my spellcheck. I think there is a way to do this, but I have no idea
where the file that contains the autocorrect entries are or how to find it.
