page numbers
I am typing a business plan and will have ten pages of spreadsheets inserted
from page 31-40, then I have four more pages of word. How can I get the follow on pages to be the number I want them to be in my footer? |

If the spreadsheets were in the Word document, the page numbering would be
continuous automatically. Since you're asking, I assume the spreadsheets will not actually be inserted in the Word file but inserted after printing. In that case, insert a section break after page 30 in your Word document. View the footer in Section 2 and click Format Page Number on the Header and Footer toolbar. Change the numbering from "Continue from previous section" to "Start at 41." -- Suzanne S. Barnhill Microsoft MVP (Word) Words into Type Fairhope, Alabama USA "doug653" wrote in message ...
