copy and paste doesnt work when i use ctrl+c or ctrl+v i get a letter a ???
ive checked the settings in tools and customize my keyboard options seem ok.
but again i cant use copy and paste please help

This happened to me recently, and I never did figure out what caused it, but
I was able to cure it by opening the Office Clipboard and clearing it (Edit
| Office Clipboard: Clear All).
