Select the text. Copy. Paste. What part of that isn't working for you?

Mindy,
What is going wrong? This is normally a strait forward procedure, select the
text in your textbox (dragging, ctrl+a or any other technique) and copy it
using the copy button and paste it in the appropriate place by using the
paste button.
It seems to me there is more to this question, care to elaborate?

I'm filling out some applications and I wasn't sure if when I pasted it, it
would keep the line spacing.

For the paste operation, use use EditPaste Special and choose to
paste as
"Unformatted text"; that way, the pasted text will assume the
formatting of the target document.
