When using the envelopes and mailings option to print an address on the
envelope, it would be useful to allow the user to select a certain printer.
Currently, if one is in the process of entering an envelope address, in order
to select a certain printer, he / she must close the envelope addressing
window, select file --select print -- select a printer -- select tools
--- select mailings and envelopes -- then re-enter the address. It is a
cumbersome process that could be improved.

If you use an envelope template (samples for download from my web site) and
either intercept the print call in the template to change printers or simply
add a personal print button to use the technique at
http://www.gmayor.com/fax_from_word.htm to switch printers, print the
envelope then switch back again, you will get the improvement you need.
