Default 1.1, 1.2 - 1.8, 1.9, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2

Is it possible to define bullet number as

1.1, 1.2 - 1.8, 1.9, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2

I can define them as 1.1, 1.2 etc but it then goes 1.9, 1.10 ???

I'm not clear on exactly what you're trying to accomplish, what you're doing
in the attempt, or what result you're seeing. Can you give a bit more detail
and some concrete examples?
