Default Watermarks - Templates

Hi

I am trying to create a template within word where I want to use a watermark
for the first page (a letterhead) but any subsequent pages I want to
automatically be created blank. I am using Microsoft 2007.

Any help appreciated!

Thanks

Right-click in the header area and click Edit Header. The Header &
Footer Tools ribbon appears. Check the box on the ribbon for
"Different first page".

Now insert the watermark. It will insert the watermark on all pages (a
stupid bug, IMHO).

Go to page 2 (if there is no page 2 in the template, press Ctrl+Enter
to create a temporary page break) and double-click in the header area
to open it. Click on the watermark to select it, and press the Delete
key. Close the header area, and delete the temporary page break if you
added one. You'll now have a watermark only on page 1, and that will
be the case in any documents based on the template.

A huge Thank you. This has been driving me nuts for the last two days and I
thought it would never get done.
