How do I number consecutively many copies of the same form?
I'm sending out a survey consisting of about 5 pages. I want to code the
first page of each set (approx 150 sets) so I can trace back to the submitter if an answer to the survey needs additional information. Idealy these would be numbered consecutively and allow us to start with any number such as 4395. Is there a way to have MS Word do this automatically? |
