How can I protect a document but allow users to navigate from TOC
I have a training manual that I want to have the users be able to click the
TOC & go to that topic but not be able to change the text within the document. Currently protecting the doc does not allow the links to work. |

Why not just have them use the ViewDocument Map? Or better yet, create a
