Is there a SIMPLE way to delete a document in Word 2007?
Since there are many simple ways, both within and outside Word, to
delete a file -- and a document is just a file -- I assume you mean something else. If you're looking for a way to remove the names of files from the Recently Used list on the Office button, see http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/Recent_Files_List_Editor.htm and http://www.gmayor.com/clear_recently_used_file_list.htm. Next time, instead of putting an ambiguous question in the subject line and nothing in the body of your post, use the big empty space to explain your situation... -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
