Default ability to type on line and enter a check in a box

I am creating a form in word and would like to send it as an email where they
can respond to the questions. Is it possible to time on the line without it
moving and how can I create a box to add a check or .

Default ability to type on line and enter a check in a box

You cannot send a real Word fill-in form as the body of an email and expect
it to work. Emails don't retain the form formatting. You must send as a Word
doc. I am not aware of any form tool that works for every email client. If I
needed to accomplish this task, I'd create an online form (on the internet)
and send them a hyperlink asking them to complete it.
