Default letting mutiple users update a form simultaneously

I have created a report card in Word 2002 for teachers that teach special
classes (music, PE, Spanish, etc...). They teach 1,2,3,and 4th grade. The
way the form is set up, they all use the same form for one student. Is there
a way that 4 teachers can update the same form at the same time and the
information will merge together.

Hi ljt-

Word files are not multiuser, so AFAIK, the files generated by any Word
template would have the same single-user restriction.

What you may be able to do is have the form Routed from one user to the
next, or you can have each user work with a different copy of the form (based
on the same template) & then aggregate the data from the individual forms.

Other options may also be available.
