Clear all formats and styles
Hi, what is the keyboard shortcut for clearing all formatting and styles
from a document in Word 2002? I have a long document with some really weird formatting - I want to blow away all character formats, paragraph setting, line settings, styles - EVERYTHING - and start from scratch. In Word 97 there used to be a keystroke for this that worked better than Edit, Clear, Formats. Is this still true for 2002? -- Thanks, GillianHG |

Ctrl+A, Ctrl+Spacebar, Ctrl+Q will remove all direct paragraph and font
formatting. If you want to blow away all the styles as well, Ctrl+Shift+N will apply Normal style. -- Suzanne S.
