conditional merge to insert variable paragraph
I have created a merge document which has a conditional merge dependent on a regional variable in the dat file. The end result are letters with various regional contact/content in one of the paragraphs. What is occurring is that since there are five regions, this paragraph creates an extra line between the previous paragraph in the results--instead of it being double spaced it is triple space... and this issue seems to come and go, working one day and not the next. Any suggestions?
