The following is a not too sophisticated way of doing it. It does involve
some work, but not as much as recreating all the entries.

Go to Tools, Macro, Record New Macro. Choose a name for your macro and
press OK.
Go to Tools, Autocorrect Options, and click on the Autocorrect tab. Click
on the first entry so that it appears in the Replace: and With: fields. Add
xxyyzz in the Replace: field. My first option is to change (c) to ©. I
would add xxyyzz to (c) so that it becomes (c)xxyyzz. Press Add. Do this
with all the entries.
I chose xxyyzz since it is an unlikely combination.
When you have finished with the complete list, stop recording.
It would now be an easy matter to get rid of all instances of xxyyzz in the
macro, using Edit, Replace.
You can now use this macro to get all the entries on the target computer.
