Default How to prevent word from changing document date when reopening

When I reopen a document I would like Word to display the creation date and
not change the date to the current date. Is there somewhere that I can set
this up?

Default How to prevent word from changing document date when reopening

Alt+F9 to display the date field and change DATE to CREATEDATE.
