How to set up "Show Suggested Contents" options in Word 2003?

Are you trying to create a template? Note that you can add contents to
templates, in order to help people create documents. A simple method is to
add MACROBUTTON fields as placeholders (see
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/tblsfldsfm...croButton.htm). For more
complex tasks, a protected form might do the trick (see
http://word.mvps.org/faqs/customizat...TheBlanks.htm).
