AddressLayout
I have created an AddressLayout AutoText entry per your website instructions.
Word is not automatically suppressing blank lines when I import an address. I have typed in braces using the keyboard and included carriage returns at the end of each line. Any suggestions? -- S. Berkhoel |

AddressLayout
Copy the following exactly and save as an autotext entry called
AddressLayout (all one word) {PR_GIVEN_NAME PR_SURNAME }{PR_COMPANY_NAME }{PR_POSTAL_ADDRESS} (note the curly brackets are not true field boundaries as inserted with CTRL+F9, but are directly typed from the keyboard) The full range of 'fields' which can be used in such a construction is listed at the end of http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm If the above doesn't work, see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=292127 -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org S.
